Interesting way of sorting by Last Modified in Office Project Professional 2007 with Project Server 2007

I was intrigued by this very original way of sorting by date in Office Project Professional with latest updates and Office Project 2007:

  1. Update: Microsoft suggests on the Office Partner Forums that the issue is related to the regional settings being other than English (US).
    I have Romanian regional settings set both on the client (Windows 7 Ent) and on Project Web Access (Site Settings -> Regional Settings).

    I'm confirming my settings to Microsoft and waiting for a confirmation that the correct sorting by date doesn't work for my locale, or does only work with English both on client and on server.
